  NOT your grandpa’s scooter - but it should be.
  
  Brace yourself, this could be long but worth it.
  
  We originally started with two older scooters and decided to replace them. We moved into an area with there were more hills and trails, and the scooters we had were not going to make it. While looking at other scooters we came across Five Star Scooters “Raptor”. We decided to call the store and talk to them more about their machine and equipment. Steve was the most excellently honest sales person that we have ever talked to. Not only did he answer our questions and there were many, but he sent videos, shares personal experiences and was honest and objective. He asked us what we were going to use the scooters for, he asked us how often we thought we’d use them, he made sure that the Raptor was going to fit our needs and more. He honestly cared!
  
  The moment the scooters came out of the box you could tell they were different. Yes, they are fast. But more, we could take them on trails that are other scooter couldn’t handle, we could take them down dirt roads and not have to worry about the our scooters not making it, we could go off the trail to see things that you normally wouldn’t be able to find. These are scooters that can truly give you freedom. And even more important? They are extremely fun! You feel like you can go anywhere and do anything without having to depend on anyone. These are not just scooters they are powerful machines that let you go where you couldn’t have gone before.

  I’ve never been one to shop online especially Facebook, but I had spoken with Steve at Five Star Scooters and felt comfortable making a purchase. We are so happy to buy our pair of Raptor scooters! Steve was a great help to us throughout the process of buying our scooters! He is knowledgeable, focused, enthusiastic and has been very attentive throughout the whole process. He has continued to be a true source of help and information even after our purchase was complete! FIVE STARS FOR FIVE STAR SCOOTERS AND STEVE! Thanks so much! Now we are riding in style!!

  I had some excellent customer service from 5 Star Scooter. Steve, in Customer Service really went out of his way to assist me with getting a new charger/cord for our Condor Scooter. I had lost the cord that when from the charger to the scooter and needed a replacement. Steve tracked down an charger/cord that would work with the older style interfacing connector and got it shipped out to us quickly. He definitely went the extra mile for me. I really appreciate the extra effort!

  I love my five star scooter we have so much fun on it. We are very happy they are ADA certified. I actually like sitting on the seat while my driver stands and takes me to my destinations. We even added an air horn with the rubber ball we added a bicycle bell and we carry a megaphone in the basket we are well-equipped for anything that might throw us off course such as cows crossing the street.
  We are very pleased and happy with the sales person Steven couldn’t meet a more pleasant person very personable very straightforward kind and funny.
  
  We were waiting on our second raptor and it arrived in two days very quick. Can’t wait to get it put together and get more compliments from the public as wherever we go we are just asked questions about it and we answer them just the way we feel... AWESOME!!
  If you are in the market for any kind of scooter you must visit and or talk to Steven no matter what this is definitely a scooter you will feel very happy and comfortable with we have two Raptors and are very very pleased.
