I love Sandberg's. After getting a job in the area, I had to drop my boss off at their shop to pick up his vehicle a few times. I'd go in with him and thus I got the lay of the land. Since then I've started bringing my vehicle there and the service has been great. I've used a handful of shops in the area and even worked at one while attending the U of M and none of them have had the level of service I get here. They take the time to get a good description of the problem and if you're not completely understanding will actually take you into the shop and show you what's happening. They also come to understand what you're expecting from the vehicle and if it's going to be too costly they will tell you your money would be better spent on a new vehicle. The labor rate is reasonable and they don't try the dreaded filter/fluid change upsells you get most other places.

Highly recommend this place. Had a minor thing on my car and when I talked to them yesterday was told to bring it back this morning.... they took care of it quickly, efficiently and were so nice. The place has been here 40 years. They are also very neighborhood friendly.

Always honest and profesional. My family has used Sandbergs many times over the years.
