I would recommend anyone who is interested in living in a park to help you make the next step to your forever home I would suggest raising route over others in the area. Trailer park supervisor is also very respectful and willing to help with any issue of the park and homes.

PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW TO RULES THAT ARE STATED IN THE LEASE AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT IT WHEN THEY GET A NOTICE , MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THE PROPLE WHO THINK THEY OWN THIS PLACE AND CUSS YOU OUT BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE MISTAKE AND THEN TRASH YOU ALL OVER THE PARK.... NOT TO MENTION KIDS RUNNING ALL OVER WITH NO SUPERVISION OH AND ONE MORE THING THE MANAGER SCOTT IS AWESOME AT LIST3ENING AND UNDERSTANDING HE'S NOT RUDE PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS IT HAPPENS...

(April 3, 2019, 11:53 pm)If your an opiate addict. They take walk ins. Could dose the next day. Never be sick again. Its got major upsides when your in the gutter. And Major downsides. Liquid Handcuffs it's called, and not lightly. Walk in cuz your sick one day and they offer instant gratification\relief. Never leave. 15 years later you'll be telling ppl how you came here for a 6 month stay.
