Disco Death Records just went on my recommended coffee shop list to friends visiting Minnesota! I enjoyed my experience here. The staff was engaging/knowledgeable and answered all the coffee-related questions we had. The records add a unique feel to this shop and the photo lab in the back of the store is worth checking out. The coffee itself is also really yummy. I enjoyed the f#cking pumpkin latte that they make with homemade pumpkin butter and it was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted!
Vinyl, film photo lab, coffee shop- what else do you need! This place is a beauty hole in the wall in Minneapolis. Highly recommend the coffee! It was super good and just enough seating so that it isn’t horrendously busy.
Their espresso machine is beautiful as well and they seem to care a lot about a quality drink! If your even pondering the thought of going you should definitely check it out and experience this place!
Chill and cozy atmosphere. It's a pretty small place so there's limited seating, but the seating they have is comfortable.
Parking- you can find free street parking on the residential streets down the block.
Menu- I liked the small, simple menu. They had oat milk as a milk alternative! They did not have decaf espresso, but had a delicious tea based latte instead for a lower caffeine option.
The combo of plants, coffee, and records makes it a really cute and enjoyable place to be. Will definitely be coming back.
Such a cool low key spot, the atmosphere was very cozy.
Lots of niche records and the shirts for sale are top notch. It’s a little bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Also the guy running the place was super friendly. I’ll definitely come back :^)
Sweet hole in the wall coffee shop. Great place to sit and do a little work with vinyl records spinning in the background. Clean space and upbeat vibe. Lots of great records for sale.
Plus, a whole side hustle space for old school film development. You can drop off disposable camera’s and real film,(like the 90’s), and pick up pictures a few days later.🤩🤩🤩
