    Great service. They were super attentive and catering to our specific needs. We're not buying yet but they took note of what we wanted and even followed up when something new that we might like came on the market. Highly recommend. A large selection of appliances and brands as well.

    A salesperson approached us, we described our situation (amounting to a potential $6-10K purchase) and she said she'd have to do some research. Great. Once seated at her computer she proceeded to take care of two other customers, at great length, while two other salespeople sat doing nothing. She never said she was helping another customer. After more than 15 minutes of this, we left in disgust. We have lived in Minnesota for more than 40 years, and on the handful of occasions we've gone to WS, we have never had a good experience. Game, set and match. Never again.
