Nokomis Beach Coffee

I love this place! I've been there several time and never been unhappy with the service. Even on a day when there was a single person, and an entire Minneapolis strike group came. She held it together, explained that two people were out with Covid and that she would do the best she could. The staff and customer have always been warm and welcoming.

So, why do I feel the need to review today? I just had a perfect cup of hot chocolate. The sort that you think about and wonder how to describe it so you can get exactly the same again in the future, but know it will never quite measure up. The type that makes you wish Start Trek replicators were a real thing.

The morning waffle sandwich with eggs and sausage inside was also AMAZING! Totally a new breakfast spot for me!
