  Highly recommend! Thoughtful and knowledgable staff, I went in for TMJ pain and migraines and was able to reduce pain and regain mobility in my jaw quickly and effectively through the help of Dr. Ben Schacht. Not only did we dig into some acute pain, we also worked through some chronic neck tension and tightness. All around great experience.

  Ben is an absolutely amazing Physical therapist!!!! I was really happy with my sessions and he always encouraged me to do the workouts i could do and even made sure i wasn't making things worse for my back when i would have done so. He is also just a really good listener! I'll definitely go back if i need more PT! (sorry this is so late ben!)

  I chose PRO Therapy after a car accident I had in the fall mainly because it was a convenient location. And I am glad I did. The NE location is very convenient and comfortable with easy parking and lots of coffee shops around. I mainly worked with Ben but the whole team was always flexible and willing to work with my travel schedule, etc. to ensure I didn't fall behind. My goal was to ensure that I would get back my fine motor skills and range of motion in my injured arm/wrist. Both Ben and Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns and goals upfront as well as through the process to ensure I was comfortable and consistently making progress. Ben really went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get back to my normal workout routine. And just recently, after a bit of a billing mistake, Linda and Kevin worked it out to make sure that I wasn't paying late fees- which I really appreciate! All in all, I'm super happy that I chose to work with the PRO Therapy team and have already recommended them to three of my coworkers.

  I have had to seek out physical therapy several times in the past. I decided to go to PRO Therapy because of the many 5 star ratings it has received.
  And now I know why they are rated so highly. NEVER have I received such in depth care! From the extensive history taken, to the details like Ben the PT taking notes while we interact during the exercise sessions, I was completely surprised how much individual care I received!
  I had a meniscal tear and when I told my physician I intended to try physical therapy before starting steroid injections, he was supportive but skeptical.
  I AM NOW COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. So no injections for the foreseeable future. (A very good thing!)
  If I ever need PT again, I won’t hesitate to visit Ben at the Northeast location. I heartily recommend them!

  Wonderful experience with Dr Ben following a car accident. He is extremely personable and professional and creates an open and trusting environment. He pays close attention to detail and is comprehensive in his evaluation and care. He was also willing to reach out to other professionals to support my concussion recovery. Best experience I’ve had with a physical therapist. Highly recommend! Also! Scheduling was a breeze with Linda - saved me time and headaches. Much appreciated! - Mariel
