  Loved it! Love the building, old brick, high open ceiling with great welcoming music playing! The staff was very friendly and the coffee was wonderful! Favorite coffee shop in Twin Cities so far. I would definitely go back and would love to buy some of their roasts!

  Great, open environment. Often meet friends here before work. Simple snacks and breakfast items if you're looking for something light to eat. Butter croissants have been my go to. They have a few coffees brewing usually a light and dark roasts that are typically different most times I come. Well roasted beans. Really enjoy their light roasts.

  At first glance, the size of the place is a bit overwhelming. However, after placing your order and sitting down you get a moment to really take in the atmosphere, the crowd around you and the smell of fresh coffee gently prodding at your senses.
  These guys know what they're doing, the cappuccino I had was not only delicious, but you could 100% taste the love and care that came with crafting such an astounding beverage. 10/10 would definitely go again.

  Spy house coffee is a great place but if you want to have some privacy I would not recommend it on a Sunday morning because it’s packed! But of course it is because it’s so yummy!!!

  Super espresso here! I truly enjoyed every sip of my cappuccino.
  
  I spent a few hours studying here. It was a little difficult with the upbeat music playing in the background but I did like what was being played. I could have gone outside to try and reduce the noise disruption, but didn’t want to leave my spot. I was close to the window so I was able to watch cars and people walk by as I drifted in and out of learning.
  
  The atmosphere is very relaxed and the service was great. I highly recommend visiting this location! I will be going back... For. Sure.
