(November 18, 2019, 7:58 pm)We decided to try a new breakfast spot close to NE Minneapolis, that wasn't a traditional breakfast place. Chimborazo was a great idea. The size of the restaurant was perfect, and the menu was not too overwhelming. True we did stain our necks a little to see food coming from the kitchen, and we had to Google a few items, but that made the overall experience fun. We will definitely be back for dinner one night. Worth noting, the staff was very friendly.
(August 1, 2019, 11:42 pm)This place was recommended by Latino friends. Food was delicious. The amount of food you get for the price was nice. The service was friendly. There are two small rooms for seating and more tables outdoors. Parking is in the back, but it's small. I had to park in the neighborhood and walk over.
(July 23, 2019, 7:13 pm)This was a great place to eat! They had good wine and the meals were delicious. The waitress was amazing, she had great suggestions and asked good questions to help us figure out what we wanted to eat!
