Valley Medical & Wellness was easy to access, the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was so convenient to schedule an appointment online and complete a drive-up test. I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff was very courteous and efficient, and the results of my COVID-19 test came back very quickly. The only drawback involved the testing location. There were two groups of individuals loitering in the parking lot and arguing loudly with one another. It did not feel safe.

Shockingly fast and efficient!!! The whole thing seemed to take 2 seconds but they were highly professional and kind and in that brief time I felt cared for. I got there 3 minutes before my appointment and there were 4 cars in front of me. I left, test done, 7 minutes after my appointment time. I felt like it was “we got this and we got you!” My results also came within 12 hours and as busy as labs are now that was also fantastic and unexpected. Superior rating! They have this thing down! Bravo to this clinic and the staff!

Very well organised; maintaining safety protocols. Detailed user-friendly step-by-step instructions.
The only drawback: one must have a smartphone to register and follow “online” instructions. Very smooth process. Staff there only facilitate the process; no input with form or queries regarding changes in registration (that is only online).
Suggestion: please add option of “ID verification” (passport number, national ID) in online form at time of registration, also with option (in reasons) for “travel purpose”. I would definitely have given FIVE stars IF the passport number and travel purpose option were already included in registration ... so they can be on printed report : essentially required by certain airlines for report to be “valid” (ID validated and “time stamped”).
