Pretty happy with it...the workers were polite and did alot to help me and explain things, especially about bus times. Basically I feel good about the choices made and thought they did good and cared.
all good, helped me get my grandkids in school no fuss
Very smooth experince and good people. They are rude at the other offices fixing their own mistake, and my sons teacher said try this one to fix it. Everybody here was friendly and helped, the manager came to answer a question and shook hands really polite and respecting...that was great. Only thing Floor needs to get mopped LOL
I had a decent experience with calling and going to this place...I had a lot of comlicated questions due to moving from Atlanta and also some issues about custody etc---the manager called me back quickly and was helpful and listened.
When I came in with my stepkids things went fine, I had to wait a little awhile and it was really noisy but that was OK, people seemed friendly and it isn't any worse then other government offices--much better actually.
About the only negative I could say is the building is pretty sad and the office is kind of run down, plus the customer next to me smelled nasty--- But hey, its public schools right? They're not rich...
We'll see how the MPS schools experience is, I've heard different stuff but my start here was definately good.
OK--I had some very nice helping for school from the office with my sisters sons who moved here today. It was a good place and we had many questions answered. Workers were busy but kind and good caring.
