  This apartment is quiet, safe, and in a beautiful location. Francisco the maintenance man for our building is great at his job in that he’s kind, helpful, and respectful. There’s not a “fix it” apartment problem he can’t handle, and I always appreciate that he knocks before entering and leaves a note after he’s left. A great maintenance and management staff makes this place home, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who’s interested.

  East River Plaza is a great property! I've lived here for about 4years now and love it! East River Parkway is down the block and it's awesome for jogging and biking. It's minutes from Midway shopping center and the
  U of M. Very reasonably priced and spacious! I highly recommend living at East River Plaza. Management and the maintenance staff are awesome!
