BEYOND HAPPY! My salesman Tom was great showing me many pool table options and finding me the exact one to fit my basement. Even though Covid created shipping issues Peters was able to be flexible and make me a happy customer. Thank you for the pool table, ping pong table top and other quality products. THE INSTALLATION WAS 10 OUT OF 10 PROFESSIONAL!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Peters Billiards. The sales team spent hours helping my family select the perfect patio furniture. When we wanted to think about our options before making a purchase, they did not pressure us to buy anything right away. When our furniture arrived with some slight damage, they took it to their shop and had it repaired within 24 hours. They were quick to make it right and even volunteered us the option to take a store gift card or fully replace part of the furniture. They also went out of their way to help us get our furniture as quickly as possible even though it required multiple deliveries on their part. Finally, every time I head to the store, the team members remember me and ask about my family. After working with many companies, I can say that Peters Billiards is by far one of the best companies I have ever had the chance to be a customer of.
