We worked with the Quinby and Webb team this year in the process of buying our first house during the pandemic; it was certainly a different experience than most years but the team really rose to the occasion and it was a pleasant and communicative experience, despite having limited in-person contact.

The team was amazing to work with during the incredibly fast paced seller's market that we were competing with, always willing to come to house tours and get us bookings quickly which really helped us secure a good offer on our current house.

Nora was impressive with her aptitude for the closing negotiations and technical knowledge of the process, we always felt that they had our best interest in mind.

Nora, Becky and Michelle were a powerhouse team. They made the process seamless, stress-free, and fun. That night, she wrote up an offer and even included a nice note about our family and why the sellers should sell it to us. The next day the sellers accepted our offer without modifications. Not only is she easy going, she’s smart and fun to work with.
