  It's very cool that after more than a hundred years, this was restored to an actual island. Cool little channel for boating out of Boom Island. Google needs to update the maps, tho; there's no walkway out here anymore.

  Very scenic area, the island is small but there are lots of trails nearby to access by bike or walking etc., and it’s a great place to enjoy a picnic beside the river.
