I found Jamie Herr to be very professional, detailed and responsive. Not only was he accessible but responded quickly to my inquiry, did some preliminary research to verify my home appraisal assumption and provided a detailed appraisal at a fair price. I used this final appraisal to contest the city tax value of our property.
