Back in May of this year I bought a keyboard for my HP computer and the keyboard arrived defected. Why am I giving them 5 starts you might ask. I am a business owner, and I know those things can happen, often times falling outside the seller's control. Dan was on top of it and sent me a replacement right away. I had a hard drive signal a predictive failure in a mission critical server. I ordered the replacement and it was here promptly. I replaced the drive and lo and behold it showed a predictive failure as well. Of course I freaked out. I contacted Calhoun via the chat on their website. Was told someone would contact me shortly. Katelynn emailed me and told me that a replacement was going out immediately. I received the replacement in SC before lunchtime.
Turns out a firmware update and a swift punt of the server saw the original drive as good and am shipping the replacement back but I applaud that level of service these days . Definitely earned this 5 star rating and if I could give Katelynn one as well I would. Great service and they stand behind what they sell.
