  I highly recommend Dr. Veronica Palumbo and her wonderful staff for their professionalism. They took care of me, explaining step by step everything she was doing. She is courteous and caring and I appreciate their work and mannerism in treating me.

  This establishment has got to be filled with the kindest, most polite, most awesome dental staff I could ever come across! Everyone was on top of their game and super wonderful to converse with. The front desk is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, invaluably helpful, and quite empathetic! My dentist was very kind and patient, my orthodontist was quick, and the dental assistants were very disarming and personable. Best dental experience ever! Period!

  I highly recommend this clinic. Not only were they courteous and sensitive to my situation, they also did excellent work on the care and with the insurance.
  
  A shoutout to Office Manager Kathryn and Dr. Palumbo. They are the best I have worked with among all the dentists' I have visited. I will continue to entrust them with my dental care as long as they are with Plano Modern Dentistry.
