Laursen Piano Service

I had a piano moved out of my house today and Laursen was extremely professional the entire time. They showed care and concern for my wood floor, the movers were kind and courteous and even turned down a bottle of water on a hot day! I told them to take them and they happily did. I am very impressed with Laursen.

I had a very specific timing request and they accommodated perfectly. Judy in the office is magnificent to work with, and the movers were nice, professional, and explained everything to me. I chose Laursen because they had the best ratings out there, and they did not disappoint. I absolutely am thrilled with my service and their personnel.

They scheduled my last minute piano move, were great communicators, on time and everything went well! Thank you!

Friendly and accommodating. I don't know pianos and don't what this is supposed to cost, so I can not say if their prices are reasonable or not. $95 for tuning of my wife's upright piano. They showed up on time and were very responsive to calls and questions I had. We were not home when they tuned the piano, but they took the time to leave a note about what was done and what they found.
