  July 17, 2020 review: After my last review, the management fixed the heating issues. I appreciate your handling the situation. Since then I have been able to enjoy the apartment and would recommend it. It is reasonably priced and a nice community to live in.

  I moved here about 5 months now. The apartment felt nice, until last week I realized that it is not worth staying here. Since the past week it has been really cold and the apartment management people are not even switching on the heat. It is so annoying that I am wearing triple layers of clothes in my house. The passages are warmer than the inside of my apartment. I have been staying out of the apartment the whole day till around 7 p.m., and hanging around at libraries and my friends' offices, just to feel warm. But I have to still come back to my apartment to sleep, and this is the most depressing part of my day, since the past week.

  Been here for about a year. Very good location and maintenance has been very effective for any of my calls. Staff is very helpful as well. Parking has been a positive experience as well.
  Laundry is pretty expensive though, the pool is barely open 4 months of the year and the office is actually closed a lot more than I thought it would be. No Amazon packages on Sunday and make sure you're home in time for the office to be open the rest of the week if you have a package coming because they love to be closed. Also can't have guests call me to have the door opened for them because my number isn't local (Rochester, MN). Also to have a pet is $1000 a day so start saving
