  I couldn't have been more pleased about working with LaMettry's Collision in Minnetonka. I brought my car in for repairs after a minor fender-bender and I was continually impressed with how seamlessly they managed the repairs, insurance, and car rental. Throughout the whole process their communication was proactive, helpful, accurate, and completely hassle free. I can't say enough good things about their workmanship and my experience with each person I spoke with.

  My daughter’s car had a parasitic drain causing the car’s battery to run down if it went unused for more than a couple days. Not a good situation with winter approaching.
  
  We asked Brandon at the Minnetonka location what he suggested. He put us in touch with Bobby and his team of experts and said they would be able to identify the faulty electrical wiring.
  
  The project ended up being far more involved than anyone anticipated. Bobby’s communication, persistence, and customer service skills were top notch. He kept me informed with regular calls and updates. He also motivated his team members until they finally got to the root of the issue.
  
  I can’t say enough about the customer service Bobby and Brandon provided. They significantly exceeded expectations and did so at a reasonable cost.
  
  I used to think of LaMettry’s primarily for bodywork and detailing. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them for all manner of automotive care.

  Staff at LaMettry's were all friendly, helpful and made sure my minivan was properly repaired. Aaron made sure I had a replacement fender that that was in excellent condition (it took a few tries). Jolene at the front desk was as kind as can be. And my minivan is back to it's original condition before the accident. Many thanks!

  Amazing customer service!
  
  Look out cheap insurance companies... These guys do things right from star to finish without exception. No need to argue with a guilty party's insurance, because LaMettry's takes care of this for you. Get the job done and get it done right.
  
  I have a unique German car that is 8 years old, but they still treated it like a brand new 911. Very impressed with this place.

  My Porsche 911 was in an accident and Jordan at LaMettry’s knew more about my car than many “Porsche Guys “. He worked with the insurance company with my best interests in mind and an expert’s eye for what the car needed and deserved. I felt that working with Jordan I had someone in whom I could place my trust and that is worth a great deal to me. I hope I don’t need that kind of service again but I know where I’ll go if I do!
