(April 26, 2021, 4:03 pm)This is my second procedure with Dr Arthur, so a lot of the unknowns weren’t there. Basically they do what they said they were going to do. I think one thing that sets Dr Arthur and TCO apart are the support people he has involved. To a person that I interacted with made me feel relaxed and at ease. From the ride to the care center to the night shift nurse. Including the two different PT I dealt with. Optimism, care and a can do spirit prevails. Hard for me to give them anything but highest rating.

(April 26, 2021, 11:50 am)Dr. Arthur took the time to go over my shoulder xRays and explain to me my options in detail. The xRay technician was very efficient as well. All in all a very positive experience inspiring a lot of confidence.
