  I’ve ordered glasses and sunglasses from Southwest and I’m currently shopping for a new pair of frames. To be honest, shopping for the right frames can be overwhelming when it comes finding the right pair, but Josh makes this process smooth. He’s extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I have. He’s so welcoming and takes the extra time to make sure you are happy with your purchase! In a world where purchases are moving to online platforms, I will continue to order my frames in an office as long as I have the fantastic assistance of Opticians like Josh!

  This was my first time in with this clinic and I have never been so impressed! From the moment I walked in, everyone welcomed me with open arms. The staff truly make the atmosphere so fun and relaxing - they are SO sweet!! I’ve been to plenty of eye doctors but Dr Freed made the experience so comfortable and easy. It was the best eye appointment I’ve had in 15 years - I actually had so much anxiety from previous doctors so I was astounded how amazing this visit was. Dr Freed walked me through everything he was doing, he was super personable and professional, and he really cared about me as a person and talked me through all of my options. I’m so glad I was recommended to this clinic!! I cannot recommend it enough.

  While I have yet to get an exam done here, my glasses shopping experience was great. Josh is totally the best person I have ever had help me find the right pair of glasses — great knowledge and enthusiasm.

  Customer service was great. Josh in Minnetonka went above an beyond to get me set up with what I needed - contacts and glasses. Had some red tape to get through and he got it done! 5 stars / would recommend.
