Great customer service from Keven. He helped me with the purchase of a new Breville coffee grinder in Breville drip coffee maker. Extremely knowledgeable and accurate about the coffee makers and grinders.

Great service from Gabi helping me order a skillet and a stock pot for delivery. Afterwards I had some additional questions about a vitamix and was lucky enough to speak with Charlie who is an absolute treasure. He has a wealth of knowledge about vitamix products and other cookware lines. I really appreciate all the info he shared with me and for being so helpful. Williams sonoma is lucky to have them both.
