“After my mom had a stroke and broke her hip, she had adult stem cell therapy. Following the treatment they prescribed Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and I think I contacted nearly every place in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The problem was that my mother is pretty immobile and many of the places around here had chambers that are difficult, if not impossible, to get her inside the chamber or they refused her as stroke/stem cell therapy are not 'FDA approved conditions for HBOT'. I wish I would have contacted Holland Biomedical first, as it turned out to be perfect for my parents. It is close to their house, plenty of parking, affordable, and their chambers have a wide opening making it much easier to get my mom inside using a sliding blanket. In addition, they have a very nice and quiet waiting area that I can work remotely while my mom is undergoing therapy. Tyler who is the HBOT technician is amazing. He is very easy-going, friendly, helpful and patient with my mother (who moves very slow, is hard of hearing, and sometimes gets confused). He always ensures that the chambers are clean, organized and ready to go when we arrive. He even lets me first go inside of the chamber first to pull my mother inside and will assist getting her in position. He shows genuine interest in my mother and her progress. The jury is still out on whether HBOT will help my octogenarian mother; we are cautiously hopeful. However, I would highly recommend Holland Biomedical Clinic to anyone seeking HBOT.”
