Not every person has clicked with my mom, and they are sensitive to the fact that there needs to be a good fit with the client and were flexible in finding a good personality match.Their cost seems fair, less than some, but yet they pay their caregivers better than other companies I found, which instills loyalty and a stable work group. Kaleb has helped me out a couple of times in a jam, finding last minute caregivers. We are now using them for another family member also. We have been very happy with the experience.”

“I wrote one already which you did not post. First eye, very slow return of vision for which I was not prepared. Called for reassurance. Call never returned. Vision cleared after 6-7 days. Doing fine. Simple 5 min or less call would have been enough. Second eye better and vision great despite red eye for 8 days and a cut next to eye, took about 2 weeks to heal, not big problems, great result. Dr always in a hurry. If you need a lot of TLC may not be for you.”
