I threw my back out playing volleyball and got acupuncture and cupping here. They really do take good care of you and I was feeling much better over the next few days.

I had numbness in my legs, and after just 2 sessions Yulian was able to restore feeling again.

Her approach is to heal the body as a whole, not just focus on the symptoms. Likewise her treatments go beyond just acupuncture and may also include herbs, moxa, cupping, Tai Chi, etc.

She is very skilled with the needles and cares about her patients.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could… I came to Minnekyda Acuherb Center with a few issues hoping for some healing. I found that Yulian is very experienced and knowledgeable professional. She focuses on the whole body approach and treats the root cause of the issue in order to relieve the symptoms. Yulian made me to understand that my inner systems working as a whole. In her practice, she uses not only acupuncture, but also other modalities, such as herbal medicine, firecupping, therapeutic massage that together improve overall whole body immunity and support the body systems. Since Traditional Chinese Medicine field was very new to me, I asked a lot of questions and Yulian always got the answers I trusted. She is very dedicated to her patients working towards the process of healing. With her treatments, I see the big difference between me ‘before’ and me ‘now’ and that is a big success!

I started going to Minnekyda for eczema. Although my eczema is caused by allergens that I do well to avoid, I had a few flare ups that I couldn’t stop without strong steroid creams. I decided to try acupuncture for the first time and am pleased with the results. I saw Yulian for six sessions and have no skin rashes currently. She took care to understand my condition and provide the proper treatment that was relaxing and fast to deliver results. I intend to continue treatments but on a less frequent basis. I recommend Yulian to anyone seeking acupuncture and TCM treatment.

I broke my arm badly this past summer. Thankfully I did not need surgery. Dr. Yang treated me with acupuncture regularly throughout the acute phase, which greatly helped with pain relief so that I could sleep. The swelling and pain in the local area were so significant at first that I could not move the arm at all, and at the site of the injury we we could not use needles. Locally (the site of the injury), Dr. Yang utilized gentle massage and moxibustion (heat therapy), and distally (away from the site of injury) she applied acupuncture needles, which provided some relief. The injury affected my whole arm, and over the course of treatment and healing I have gone from not being able to move the arm at all, to the doctors being happy with my progress as it regains function.
