  My father has been a resident in the memory care unit of this facility for the last 6 months. He has recently passed, but I had a great experience with the staff and they truly cared so much about my dad. I was broken hearted when we had to make the decision to move him to a nursing home and It really helped to know the staff was so good with him. He would light up when his favorite staff would come in to help.

  Recently, we had the need to move loved one into an Independent Living Care Facility, with the option to increase services as we require them. Being from out of town, we only had five days to meet with Marketing and Sales Directors of three different facilities, view the facilities, make a decision, go through the application process, and then make the move. We found The St. Therese Facility, met all of our needs, we noticed the staff to be caring and kind to the residents. The facility, when compared to the other three in the area, was outstanding. The deciding factor for our family was that the Sales and Marketing Director, was completely available willing and so very helpful to meet our needs, meet our time schedule, and will to do what ever was necessary to help us accomplish our urgent mission. With her expertise, flexibility, communication, and always willing to go above and beyond to solve every issue, it happened. But most of all it was the sensitivity, caring, compassion and kindness, that set this facility far beyond what any other care facility could offer. She was the catalyst of the solution.

  I love working here it's like home away from home caring for the residents seeing them smile telling me they missed me while I was off and them saying "oh am I glad to see u back" just melts my ❤ my coworkers are amazing. I can see myself learning and experiencing new things and challenges but it's all worth it. Great family friendly orientated facility.
