Parkside Apartments at Medicine Lake

Have lived with Parkside for a year now. We will be resigning for another due to our experience. The staff helping us have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The pool, gym, and grills are nice benefits. Maintenance staff have been quick and self-service through their management software has been convenient. Highly recommend.

We love Parkside Apartments! Our apartment has a ton of natural light, we have a walk in closet, and is pretty spacious for a one bedroom. The laundry facility and trash chute is centrally located on every floor. One underground stall is included in your rent. French Creek Regional Park is steps away with a private trail that enters the park from Parkside. Great value for the monthly rent!

Parkside apartment is the best apartment I've ever lived. The building and grounds are well taken care of and the staff is professional. We loved our apartment. It was quiet and you don't hear your neighbors at all. I felt safe and well taken care off.
