(May 26, 2022, 2:12 am)The coaches/staff are awesome and the workouts change daily, so it’s never boring. The variety of class times allow me to book a class with what works in my daily schedule and it keeps me accountable. Great friends make class more fun, too!

(December 10, 2018, 10:47 am)Decent Gym for traveling - staying at the Crown Plaza, way better than any typical hotel gym. Pool, Courts, classes, free for staying at the Crown Plaza.
