Jim HOOKED me up. Even though I only bought two chairs I can already feel my back sinking into ergonomic bliss. When the pandemic hit, I was working from home and had chairs from Office Depot that caused some form of Sciatica (I'm not a doctor so I can't be sure). At one point I couldn't even sleep because I was in so much pain. Jim was the only one in the area who answered my call (I called many other stores before this), treated me like I was the only customer there and this was probably the best customer experience I've had in my lifetime— for only two chairs. Great service and awesome price on a Steelcase Leap V1. It was a little beat up, but functionally perfect and the price was still fair for it.
