    Overall I would say that I am very happy here. The people are friendly, the food is good, I am very happy with my apartment. I like getting involved with various activities like Happy Hour, Pinochle, Rummikub, and Cansta. I love that they offer a shuttle service to take me around town. I get weekly housekeeping and linen service. The rates are affordable and they do not have a "buy-in" fees. I would definitely recommend The Pinnacle for anyone looking for senior living!

    We toured The Pinnacle on Friday 7/1/22. Our tour was specific to the memory care space as we had toured the overall space back in the Fall 2021. Our tour guide was Colleen (Community Relations Director) and what a delight she was. She asked the necessary questions to understand the needs for our loved one. The Executive Director Susan joined in during the tour and took the time to introduce us to all staff members and then took time to talk with some of the residents. The space is welcoming and has a comforting feel about it.

    I have been the Chef at the Pinnacle since we opened back in August of 2020. I can honestly say we have a beautiful building to work in and we have a really good team here.

    The Pandemic has dominated the experience since the opening. We have had major issues hiring and retaining staff due to the competitive nature of the industry and overall lack of available workers. The team here has gone above and beyond to compensate for this and provide an amazing level of customer service. The dining staff in particular has worked countless hours, overtime, weekends, late nights to keep the residents here as fed and happy as possible given the circumstances. I am very grateful for their hard work and consider myself lucky to be part of suck a great, hard working team.

    My friend's 1 bedrm apt was spacious with wonderful high ceilings. Beautiful building.

    I have referred 2 clients to The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting and both families mentioned how easy Linsey & Erin made the move in process. They raved about the food and the friendliness of the staff.
    It doesn't get much better then that!
