“I came in earlier today (4-6-2021 around 4PM) completely lost without a phone trying to get my brother to a nearby high school for his baseball practice. I asked the cashier if he could help me with directions, he said he didn’t know the way but pulled up the navigation on his phone and helped me figure out the way there. His name was Jason or Jacob, and he had dirty blonde hair. He was so patient with me which meant SO much, especially since I was frazzled with hail + downpour rain on top of making my brother late to practice. It seriously changed the tone of my evening. “These guys are incredible! I can be a pretty hard (but fair in my opinion) critic. This place really has it all. From really great, and knowledgeable staff, to super sales associates, and installers. I had a lot of challenges in my home. I had crazy things that needed to be done that were far from ordinary. I had rooms that were covered with carpet for years, walls removed that needed to be patched, floor ducts that were far from normal, and complete areas that had to be filled in, but these guys made it perfect, seamless, and gorgeous! My father was a floor man for 45 years, he was so attentive to details and craftsmanship, but if he were here, he would had given them 5 stars too. I am happy, and confident to recommend these guys, and girls to you, in fact, I believe that I am doing you a favor. Please consider them for your upcoming floor project!”
