John's Auto Shop

John’s Auto Shop does excellent work for a fair price. I appreciate their patience in explaining the specific need and how to fix it. They keep my 2003 Pontiac running great.

Brought in my car because I have been having battery/electrical issues. I work two jobs and I am a full time student and car problems is the last thing I needed. They took my car and worked on it a day earlier than they promised to see it. After finding nothing wrong they sent me home with my car without overselling me anything or making up any problems. After about a week, my car is still completely normal and acting fine. John's Auto in Richfield will be my first go-to from now and my recommended choice for how trustworthy, quick and kind all the staff has been.

I've been to this shop twice after having several bad experience at the shop near my house. I am very impressed by John's--in the thoroughness of the service, their customer service and prices. For me, it's worth the 10min trip to get to John's vs. using the shop two blocks from my house.
