Great customer service! Emily was awesome; quite the multi-tasker. Very friendly and ran the front area smoothly between patients and doctor's requests.
Eye doctor, Rachel Strang was very knowledgeable and really knew what she was doing; made me feel very comfortable through my eye exam.

Dr Strong was very personable and professional. She explained what she was doing for each step of the exam so I knew what to expect. I am very pleased with my experience and I would make another appointment with her in the future.

Great service and patience with my kiddo's first eye exam!
The only suggestion I have relates to the scheduling system. It's really top-notch, but I would encourage you to include a reminder/alert in the calendar appointment file that is generated when you schedule your appointment. With so many of us living in the now, we've become weirdly dependent on them.
