  Great customer service and great work! Was very happy with the work they did. Steve went out of his way to get the radio in with the speakers. Did custom work to make it work for my truck. Also offered to look at the old remote start and see why it was not working for free. Found a solution and I actually decided to upgrade to a 2 way remote. Everything that was installed is lifetime warranty as well. Both of the owners there are friendly and care about there customers! You dont see this often. Defenetly going to be my place to go for my cars mechanically and all of the above! Great work guys on the business!

  Appointment or time given to the customer is not a Priority. When I went to get the remote start installed for my car, I was scheduled to be there at 10am. I arrived exact 10am but I did not see Steve until after 11am because he was working on another car. I had another appointment that day at noon but I had to cancelled it due to the fact that I didn’t leave the shop till after 12pm. It was very frustrating and annoying to me especially after telling the customer the job will only takes half an hour. Steve did not apologize to me but he gave him $20 discount. However, I wanted him to acknowledge his mistake and apologize for it. Except this situation, he seems like a honest man and great at his job.

  When you want a fast turnaround to get back on the road North country Auto and Marine is the place to go. Not only are they fast the customer service is outstanding. I'm sending everyone I know that needs a remote start or what ever done to their car over to see Steve I'm glad I stumbled across them best choice I've made.
