“My husband and I went in to open a new account a month or 2 ago. We were greeted by the manager and offered coffee. He made conversation with us while we waited. The banker was a really kind woman, gave personal compliments. Asked about home life etc, shared about hers in between tasks while creating our account. We spent much longer time in there than we would like as they offer all sorts of things (I’m sure it’s required of them) so I will still give it 5 stars. Overall we had great service, it was clean and we got our accounts with no issue.”
