“The employees answered our concerns about warranties very thoroughly. The appliances, we were told, actually had the same manufacturer's warranty and other warranty options as they would if they were brand new. We found a great LG dishwasher for under half of the original price with just a few cosmetic flaws and missing the documentation (which is always available online), and were surprised they also had a promotional sale of 20% off the already low prices. We also got $50 off for taking it home at the day of purchase. Service was fantastic.”
