“Every once in while you meet a rockstar. For me, it was yesterday when i first went to the Pembroke Pines location. There, I met Carissa who was absolutely determined to ensure that I could have my appointments as soon as possible. Understanding the urgency, she did everything she could from the moment I walked to make it happen. She even recommended an alternative imaging service since her schedule was absolutely packed. I mean who does that? - you know who - someone who puts customer care first! Carissa was more concerned that I had my situation addressed as soon as possible. She not only provided with the address but locked me into an Akumin appointment days away, if her suggested spot could not accommodate me. She also promise she would immediately contact if something came up. Unfortunately, the "other company" did not accept my insurance, but fortunately Carissa did not give up the hunt. I received a call from her today when there were changes in the schedule, and she could plug me into the schedule with each of my scans right after each other. It was great, and my technician Nicole was the consummate professional and did a great job. So for the epitome in customer service I can easily say that Carissa did not raise the bar, she is the bar!!”

“I've been seeing Dr. Christine and the other physicians that work at exceptional chiropractic for several years now. They have had a key role in helping me reduce my pain level. They were actually recommended to me by another patient. Who urged me to go because of all my complicated health problems. They have helped me with things like reducing the number of migraines I get per week from my neck and upper back. They have also helped to reduce my neck and back pain from multiple herniated disc and on top of it, I also have multiple autoimmune disorders which affect my joints and connective tissue. They have really helped educate me about my body and what is causing some of my problems. For example I also have celiac disease and they have always stressed how important it is to stay 100% gluten free. They also helped me realize I feel better if I don't eat much dairy. I hardly ever write reviews. But,I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you to them. If you have a sore neck, sore back, headaches, GI issues or just anything that you are struggling with I would give them a try!”

“EDIT: (Management has reached out to me and communicated details about the situation with me wonderfully. Chris did an awesome job taking care of my issue, and I have no hesitations to continue doing business with Gerber) The communication via email and text to get ETAs on glass repairs needs to be a little better. Personally I believe day of ETAs are not the best standard operating practice. That being said, everyone working here are great folks and I've had really good interactions with all the technicians.”

“I just had my first experience with Angie and I was so pleased with my experience. She's did a oxygeno facial. She explained why that treatment would be best for me over the oh so popular hydrafacial and man was she right! The next day my acne has noticeably improved and the acne scars were much lighter. She educated me on exactly why I need to use good sunscreen on my face everyday (which I've heard but never understood until now) and suggested great products. The cherry on the cake is that she included massage during the session all the way down to my feet. I was so relaxed and can't wait for my next session with her! Highly recommend.”

The Joint really close at 6:45 not 7, I get that employees want to go home, but it helps to specify, especially for new customers. Other than that, great staff, very nice chiropractors.”
