“This Hyatt Place hotel is one of the best hotels of its kind I have stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and cheerful which really made us feel comfortable for our stay. The room had excellent services, was spacious, had a mini fridge and such as usual. There is a pool and small gym room which we made use of. The hotel has regular buses going to Universal Orlando Resort in the mornings which made it very convenient for us to visit that theme park after breakfast. The breakfast selection was good and delicious. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando on holiday.”

“Our birth with Roots, from the first day to the last in-home postpartum appointment, was absolutely phenomenal. This was our first child and the entire experience was new for us. We wanted a more holistic and natural birth while still assisted by trained and educated professionals. The entire Roots staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and most importantly--heard. Their center provided many opportunities for free educational classes and opportunities to meet other families going through the same process we were. Every appointment felt personal and included extra time to focus on talking through our questions, concerns, and the emotional feelings of the pregnancy and preparing for the delivery. The birthing experience was more than I could have hoped for. I was surrounded by support and understanding in a warm and comforting environment. I felt that everyone advocated for my best interest and the wishes I had shared when the situation arose. I never felt scared of birth, I went in to it feeling fully prepared and ready. Extra ready, because this baby was was almost a full two weeks late! My labor was long but beautiful and intensely personal. We can't say enough how thankful we are for Roots helping us guide our healthy boy into this world ❤️. It is an experience we will never take for granted and if fortunate enough, would return again!”

Keeping my information confidential was a key thing for Total Compliance and they are good at what they do. Then I returned for fingerprinting and was in and out in 5 minutes. It was one of the BEST costumer service encounters I have ever had with their friendliness and respectfulness of me as a person not just a number. “I am an employee who was hired directly by the service recipient and MILS is the overseeing agency and administrative employer. My impresión with this agency is fairly good: I thought their training was far better than most others. Also , the on-boarding process was fairly painless I liked that the agency uses docu-sign got employee enrollment paperwork . I have had Zero difficulty reaching the point Contact people- they have been professional and responsive. If I were to voice any suggestions for improvement it would be that the on boarding process included very little direction or instructions or insight as to the process. It would have been great to receive written information that said something like, “first Complete employee. Paperwork. Secondly complete all training online thirdly wait for fingerprinting authorization to arrive and fourth- once received bring the authorization to a partnering agency to complete fingerprinting as part of the criminal background check process ... and so on and so forth. I frr Ed it a little in the dark about what was supposssed to be happening and when . Also, I was not informed as to the direct deposit procedures and did not receive a payroll calendar. However, I was able to find a calendar online from 2019.”
