“My first dealings with AAA was bad (guy did not do what I requested, what was needed) making it so I had to call AAA the next morning, who guess what, did what I had requested the day before. He was super friendly, had knowledge, and was on time. I am a cranky Karen (not my real name) and will always complain. But this gentleman was so pleasant, I had to call AAA, back to rave about my experience that morning. He was wonderful, as was the young lady who answered the phone to help me through the call to set up the appointment. This next young lady let me ramble on about my great experience (had to praise her as well)! I was so impressed that in my next pay day, I signed up my brother up (he drives my car, but membership follows the driver, not the car) the next weekend, he hit a pothole hard just before he got to work, and my tire deflated, so he called. They got there before he was even able to start work. He came home telling me that he understood why I raved about my experience. It stinks to need a service like this, but when you get such wonderful service like what we both had we both feel much safer on the roads. Well run operation, great service from 6 out of 7 of the people we dealt with. Worth the money and 2 memberships we got!”

The staff are always cleaning and sterilizing and the place is so clean you could practically eat off the floor(although I don't advise it). 😉 Excellent long-term servers and cooks equals a consistently friendly good service experience and food always prepared to perfection. I and some friends of mine have joked that we want to ask the manager what in the world he is doing to attract and maintain such excellent staff!”
