Tyler came out first and gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable especially for such a short notice. They didn’t even charge me a service call fee. He was extremely professional and was very kind and helpful. He then had one of his coworkers locate a quality water heater unit. A couple of hours later Shane showed up and installed the new water heater. He did a phenomenal job and he certainly is very experienced and very good at what he does. Also, Amanda at the call center was super nice and was very professional. She helped tremendously in making it all happen. If you need any mechanical work done at your home or business I would highly recommend giving these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.”
