“Both of my kids have been at Foundation Hill for many years. We absolutely love the center and find it very safe. My son graduated from Foundation Hill couple of years ago and I was very pleased on how well he was prepared for kindergarten. My daughter started in the infant room and I felt very comfortable and pleased on how well they took care of her. Fast forward, she is in preschool now and adores her teacher. One thing I like about this center is that there is a low turnover for teacher. It’s great for students to build a good relationship with the staff. The teachers are very loving in all rooms. My daughter always looks forward to going to school. The center has a good balance with education/life skills/ and creativity. I highly recommend this center.”

“This school is amazing! We have been a Step by Step- Maple Grove family for the past 6.5 yrs and feel like the teachers have become part of our family. When looking for a daycare we looked at many and simply didn't feel comfortable leaving our first child until we visited Step by Step. Ms. Andrea in Children's House 4 is absolutely incredible! When you visit her classroom the kids are having fun and learning, and she truly knows and cares about each individual child. We have had both of our sons in her classroom and have seen them gain confidence, build friendships and become leaders amongst their peers. The Step by Step Montessori program has set our kids up for success and we are so grateful to have found such a safe, engaging, caring yet still academic daycare program for our kids. “I’ll do my best to post an honest, informative review, as I have three children attending. ISLA is a Spanish-immersion charter school that has qualified as an International Baccalaureate World School. That means they follow the IB curriculum, which encourages students to think critically and learn through both a local and global context. The curriculum also promotes character development and social skills. Generally, IB schools have prepared students well for higher education. Jeremy Perrin serves as the principal. From my limited perspective, he does a good job caring for the students and staff while advocating for educational advancement. I personally prefer a Socratic style of teaching, which you won’t find as much here as in some private schools, but you also don’t pay anything for this education. However, I do think they could improve significantly in this aspect. More important than information dissemination is training a child to think critically, employ logic and reason, and challenge ideas not founded on those elements. In my copious amount of research, and now from personal experience, I have found the the school does very well at educating children to surpass government standards, while fostering important values. Equally important is their ability to do this without involving themselves in political persuasions of the day, which is always a temptation.”

“Marnie is a skilled violin teacher. Our daughter has been taking violin lessons for 1.5 years. She is patient, open to different types of teaching styles and very easy to talk to.
