“I work a few blocks away and frequently come here for a burger and fries for lunch. Order has always been hot and fresh tasting and no mistakes yet. The major downfall of the property is the parking lot. The drive through lanes run through down the middle of parking, so if you come for lunch your only option is drive through as you won't be able to back your car out to leave with the drive through line. It also makes curbside ordering hard because it's on the other side of the building and you have to wait for the drive through lane to move so you can get around, there's no through lane and it's sorely needed.”

They have always been warm and friendly and have gone above and beyond in terms of service, such as providing me with a loaner car for a day when all I wanted done was mount Summer/Winter tires. I have been to many Porsche dealers over the years, and also have an Audi/Volvo in the family. I feel like the other two dealers can learn quite a bit about Customer Service from the staff over at Porsche Minneapolis. These folks really do set the bar in terms of Service.”

I did a grab and go due to COVID-19 state orders and the order held up 100% until I got home. The staff is so friendly and they are following the ordinances closely to keep us all safe. Always had the impression that it is a small shop that sometimes has what you need and many times I am surprised at what is still in stock when every other outfit online and in person is sold out. For that reason I return. Reading some of the reviews and having spoken with them over the phone a couple of times, I understand why people complain about these guys being terse / brief / rude but I am not letting that interfere with my searches. They either have what you are looking for or do not (or someone walked in and bought what I had ordered before they could process my order). No big deal (you snooze you lose and need to research elsewhere before shopping here). When you take into consideration all the ammo/supply shortages and craziness over these last years, hey, these guys are busy and just don't have the time. I can accept that for now and have my own expectations set before ordering.”

They were low on used chairs at the time I dropped by but I still found myself a used chair that have the ergonomic features I wanted(backrest adjustment, tilt, height, seat slide,etc...)
