“We've always ordered from the location and have never had a problem; however, the recent reviews made me a little nervous to be honest. We looked at other places to order from but decided we would give Domino's a chance. Ordered two pizzas and buffalo wings. Order came in a reasonable time just like before and the driver was very nice. I'm not certain if it depends upon the day, the time of day, or the type of day that people place their orders but we had an order for around 2:00 2:30 in the afternoon with no problems. We anticipated it would be a busy delivery day because today is St Patrick's Day so we took that into consideration. I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt knowing that there is such a huge shortage of workers in delivery. We were very pleased.”

“My wife and I had a major hail and wind event that created a tremendous amount of damage to our home, and other properties we owned in South Dakota. I have been in the building materials industry since the early 1980’s and believed with my knowledge and the confidence of having great insurance coverage we would be taken care of. So, we attempted to deal directly with the insurance company after filing our claim. Not only did the insurance adjuster not perform a complete inspection of our properties but they did not have knowledge of the specific products we would need to repair the damage. The insurance carrier sent out 7 different adjusters who all tried to get us to settle the claim. Even pressuring us to immediately cash the check they had sent. I contacted the carrier numerous times requesting a full inspection to include the roofs and to explain the errors and needing to use the correct products in determining a value for our claim. None of my efforts helped us get any closer to a fair settlement. I felt hopeless at this point. I had heard that Dan Wennerlind from Gavnat was very knowledgeable and had significant experience in dealing with property owners that had been treated unfairly by their insurance company. Dan listened to my concerns and reviewed all of the documents related to my claim. Dan and Jim (the owner of Gavnat) believed that our claim had significantly more value than what was being offered by the insurance carrier and Gavnat offered to assist. Gavnat thoroughly inspected all of my properties, wrote detailed inspection reports and spent significant time thoroughly defending the accuracy of their inspection reports. With Gavnat’s expertise, they were able to secure us a fair settlement. Gavnat was able to settle on a value that allowed me to do the work to bring my properties back to their original quality! Their services allowed us to receive hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what was offered to us when dealing directly with the insurance carrier. The knowledge, experience and professionalism of the Gavnat team was beyond my expectations. My wife and I would recommend Gavnat to anyone that is having to file a claim or like me was already in the thick of it. They were great!”

“Neat hangout spot, very unusual location for a Ferris wheel but we’re here for it! At the very top you can see the Minneapolis skyline far in the distance. They also have a 9-hole mini golf course while you enjoy your drink or hang with friends. Both of these activities need tickets which you can purchase at the bar. Seems like a really cool spot to hang out with friends for some drinks.”

We not only hired them for interior painting, they also painted our deck outside. It looks amazing. Richard, the owner and all of the painters were very courteous and professional. They worked with us scheduling and were very prompt in their arrival. They even finished ahead of schedule!
