Roger introduced me to AIS and as an obese person with "loose" ligaments, it is challenging to get a deep stretch for my hips and lower back. AIS done by a certified person can release tension there and in other tricky areas such as upper arms, between shoulder blades...it is amazing! Highly recommend him and AIS.
