  I first saw Dr Jim just a couple weeks ago with lower back pain that radiated through my glutes and quadriceps. I had been experiencing this pain for over a year but it was progressively getting worse. Note I had even seen a different chiropractor for about 7 months but quite because my back pain was not going away. When I saw Dr Jim just a couple weeks ago I was concerned that I may not be pain free again after being irritated with pain and numbness for over a year. 4 adjustments and I am pain free. Dr Jim discovered that my back problems were rooted in poor sleep posture; sleeping on my stomach. I had slept on my stomach for 40 years and only started to have back problems about a year ago.He advised me to never sleep on my stomach but rather on my back or my side with a pillow between my legs. After sleeping the way he advised me my pain decreased by 90 percent, then an additional adjustment and my condition has improved by 95 percent. Thank you so much!? I highly recommend Dr Jim, he accepts insurance and he is also reasonably priced.
