I always enjoy coming here, staff is friendly and really enjoy all of the wonderful flavors for shakes and tea bombs they come up with.

My go-to place for the past year! It's not all about protein shakes, but you have an option of getting fit. If you've never done cardio drumming, you have to come out! Offered almost every day. Great stress reliever while getting fit...and meeting new friends! Butts & Guts with Alezah are offered on Tuesday to also help get you in shape. They do offer a great variety of protein shakes and tea bombs that taste great! And now they are offering protein donuts! Elizabeth and her crew are always a pleasure to deal with. Incredible Nutrition 4U is there (if you want) to improve your nutritional habits and help you with your fitness goals.
