  Been coming here for years, originally went to Ham Lake now Maple wood and the service is always consistent, high quality, honest, and you can count on them giving you the best price possible. Best mechanics easily in Minnesota and maybe even the US. Very rare find.

  Friendly staff, no price gouging. Also offer loaner vehicles which is very convenient.

  I have been a pleased customer of Victory Auto, for many years. I am sure there are many other places I could go and receive quality care. I continue to have my autos serviced at Victory, because of the character of the staff. I am never disappointed with the professionalism, friendliness, care, honesty, the heart to serve well, the desire to do well for customers, and the attitude that customers are family or good neighbors. I am fully convinced that they service my autos as if my autos were their very own. Thank you for the level of character that is shown through great service!

  At first glance, this would have been a 5-star review. However, as I dug deeper, I am disappointed with Victory. I was in the process of purchasing a used car and was limited to the area for a pre-purchase inspection due to the dealer's insurance, so I looked on Google and saw good reviews here. I was pleased with the service and decided to purchase the car. The mech said the tire pressure light was on and it would need to be diagnosed, which the dealership fixed by filling a tire with air. I cut them slack on that one because I don't expect them to go and check each tire pressure. However, they said that the wipers were good to go with a check in the "green" box for that part on the sheet. I didn't need to use the wipers so I didn't notice that they streaked until after the purchase, but was disappointed that I found the rubber had separated from the wiper and I could only infer they didn't even look at them, simply checking the box. While this could be something I looked at, I should not expect that I need to as I am paying them to do it. I don't know what this is other than just being lazy. I did return for service for a serpentine belt replacement but will not be returning after this discovery.
