Constructive criticism: I've noticed when they get busy my calls are mysteriously dropped or they'll answer with a quick "Cub pharmacy, hold on.." then I'm sent back to the hold music for 5 or 10 minutes. That's a little annoying but I'm still happy to give them my business.
